Program and course level

For Bachelors Degree programs at STOU, enrolment is open without entrance examinations to all those who have completed upper secondary school (Grade 12). Those who have only completed lower secondary school (Grade 9) may also enroll provided that they have sufficient work experience as compensation. At the continuing education level, the university runs short-term certificate programs known as Certificate of Achievement for which no prior qualifications or experience are required whatsoever.

Masters Degree programs require a minimum of two years study. Applicants must hold a Bachelors Degree in a relevant subject, or hold a Bachelors Degree in an unrelated subject and have relevant professional experience.
