Invitation to collaborate in the 2nd Youth Creation as part of inter-centre collaboration

SEAMEO Regional Centre for Food and Nutrition is going to hold the 2^nd Youth Creation – Creativity on Food and Nutrition to select the best innovative and creative ideas on food, health and nutrition. This annual competition provides opportunity for young generation to contribute to nutrition problem alleviation in community, including the school community. This year, the competition is highlighting “Accelerate Zero Hunger”which is the 2^nd Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

 

The 2^nd Youth Creation invites all senior high schools (public, private, or vocational and technical school) in 11 Southeast Asia countries to create product or model creation and innovation in order to contribute to alleviation of all form of food and nutrition problem in both school and community settings. The topics under “Accelerate Zero Hunger” theme are:

1. Sustainable Food System in Community or School Setting: From Farm to Fork
2. Reducing Food Loss and Waste in Community or School Setting
3. Access of Safe, Healthy, and Adequate Food in Community or School Setting
4. Combating All Forms of Malnutrition in Community or School Setting 

In this regard, we would like to invite SEAMEO SEAMOLEC to collaborate in this event as part of inter-centre collaboration. We will put SEAMEO SEAMOLEC logo in all publication materials as a form of this collaboration. The proposed contributions from SEAMEO SEAMOLEC are:

1. Disseminate and promote the announcement of the 2^nd Youth Creation to your school network in Southeast Asia and post itin your Centre’s website and social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
2. Facilitate video conference activities using WebEx in this agenda. We will inform about the schedule of the video conference later.
3. Disseminate the sponsorship proposal to the potential sponsors under your network.
