In the year 2019, OER hub platform begins to develop. Content and open learning resources are collected and shared from SEAMEO Centres and educational institutions in Indonesia with attaching Open License Contents (Creative Common) for each Contents. 

This OER Platform enables knowledge sharing and interactive platform among education practitioners in the Southeast Asia region. The following are the objectives of the OER Hub:

1. To be open digital learning resources platform for students, teachers, and educators in Southeast Asia and beyond
2. To be knowledge sharing platform among Southeast Asian educational institutes and strengthen human resource development practice altogether
3. To promote open digital learning resources from SEAMEO centres, educational institutions and SEAMEO partners 
4. To promote ICT habituation within the region
5. To motivate lifelong learning environment for Southeast Asian citizens
